Recommend a friend - how?!

Hi, 

I'm trying to join the club, and would like to add the details of a friend (who is a member) so they get the freebies listed on this page: 

http://www.caravanclub.co.uk/promotions/mgm

However, on the joining form I can't find anywhere to enter the WEBMGM code. 

Am I being dim or does the new site no longer support this?
