Evidence of Mice

Good morning all,  we popped out to our caravan to collect something yesterday and found evidence of mice.  We hadnt realised that we had left a small bag of rubbish (just plastic and 2 tea bags) in the bin on the door.  This had been chewed leaving tea
leaves everywhere.  We basically went through the van from top to bottom expecting to find a nest somewhere, but thankfully found nothing.  There was evidence however that the mice had been exploring widely throughout the van.  All upholstery and bedding was
fully in tact and no other damage was found.  There is no other potential food source in the van.  My biggest worry is that they have holed up somewhere we cant see.  Does anyone have any advice on how to manage this.  Thanks.
