Seasonal Hardstanding Pitches on Club Sites

Do these actually exist?  We wanted to get on a seasonal pitch next year at Looe, but having spoken to the warden when we were there in the summer, we were informed that all seasonal pitches were grass...  Surely having a van sited for circa 6 months on
a grass pitch makes it difficult for the wardens to maintain the grass etc and I don't want grass growing up through my caravans wheels etc..  Wouldn't a hardstanding make more sense for a season long siting?  Anyway, I just wondered if anyone knew if all
the clubs seasonal pitches are grass, or if there are a few H/S options out there... Thanks.
