kia sorento kx4!!

Morning all,

Im the happy owner of a kia sorento 2009 manual, best towcar ive had, my problem is this, im looking to upgrade my towcar and naturally am looking at the new sorento,however the new kx4 only comes with an auto box bringing the tow weight down to 2000kg.

My coachman caravan has a mptlm of 1530kg, is this a bit too close to 2000kg for a steady comfortable tow.My current sorento has a tow weight of 3500kg so as you can imagine it tows my caravan no problem. 

I know the kx2 has a manual box and can tow 2500kg but im a man who likes his gadgets when it comes to cars and the new kx4 has plenty!
