Just back from Scotland, whilst there we had to call out Mayday for a wheel change, how impressed was I when the customer service agent told me a breakdown vehicle was being dispatched straight away from Lockerbie some 15-20 miles away and would be with
me within 1 hour. I then got a text on my mobile at 11:32am confirming that the operative was on his way and would be with me by 12:32, at 12:02 the breakdown truck arrived on site 30 minutes earlier than anticipated. Great service thank you Green Flag.
