Past members wanting to use CL sites

Over the last few days we have had a number of calls from folks wanting to stay on our CL. When we have asked them for their membership number to make a booking, they then state we left the Club last year.  At this we refuse to take their booking, and some
get most upset saying other CL's welcome them and we reply that we could lose our licence if we allow non-members to stay, and we are not prepared to do that. It concerns me that we are not in the handbook, but they must be gettting on the Club website to
get our details, yet they are not prepared to pay their membership fees.
