Associate versus lead member

Am I the only "joint" member who finds it exceedingly irritating that only the "lead" member can access certain areas of the clubs website, ie site booking, insurance etc ???

In this age of equality surely a caravan club should be keeping pace with such institutions as banks who have no problem with giving joint account holders equal access.

I may add that "the other club" list joint members both as full members.
