No damp report from a main dealer...

Our van has been serviced the last two years by the original dealer and is just coming up for its third. When I look more carefully at the paperwork they've ticked the box to say "Damp test - carry out and note readings on a separate damp report sheet".
But I've never seen a copy of those reports. Should the dealer give you copies after each service?

The reason I checked is that we have a wet (not just damp) patch in the rear bunk. They were supposed to have fixed that at the LAST service, so as well as the repair clearly not working I've got no idea whether anywhere else is damp.

I'm following this up with the dealer, but was curious as to whether I should have been given the damp reports at the time.
