Tap Problem

Hi everyone we have a fleetwood maridien EK 2008 with a TT1211 swan neck tap in the kitchen area which leaks quite bad so i need to change it but does anyone if i can have a different style of tap as i think they are suseptable to leaks if so which sort,
also our tap has plastic tap tails into push fits not stainless steel as most taps come with can i change these.

been looking at the TT1111 crome tap but dont want to order one until i know it will fit.
