Kia Sportage Ride Height, please measure yours.

Kia tell me there is nothing wrong with my KX2 rear springs, and that the "ride height" is good . The ride height is the distance from the centre of the hubcap to the black plastic trim on the rear wheelarch. Mine is 415mm with an empty car ( and mine has
spring assistors fitted which will raise it a bit)... No van attached. I measured a new Sportage in the showroom and it was 432 mm.I asked the service manager why the new car was so much higher and he said the weight of my towbar causes the 17mm difference
in height.

I am still not happy.If you have a Sportage KX any model would you mind measuring the ride height and letting me know.
