Damp advice please

Hi help please I purchased my first van in November a elddis avante 626 and was really pleased with it it is a 2008 model.i had it serviced yesterday and to my horror the true extent of my issues unfolded it is pretty damp in some areas although no real
visual signs to the eye the floor under the bed is reading 60  and some areas in the cupboards are 30 .the fridge isn't working also the grill and the igniter on the fire .what are people's thoughts regarding repairs should I just sell up or fix the fridge
the fire and grill and sort the damp later the interior and the rest of the van is really nice advice please
