Thetford c-200 flush pump

Hello all,

My van has a Thetford c-200 toilet with the electric flush. The flush pump does not work and I suspect that it is seized. If I press the flush button I can see that the van lights dim slightly telling me that the pump is trying to turn.

My question is how do I access this pump please. If I can get to it I can try to free it or if not then replace it.
