Caravans Speeding on the Motorways

I have noticed a major increase in speeding outfits on the motorways. Weather permitting I try to maintain a steady 60mph when towing through the use of my cruise control. Only to find to my horror outfits racing down my right hand side and overtaking in such a way that the caravan they are towing is snaking between two lanes. The worst offenders seem to be the bigger tow cars in conjunction with six berth vans. Please remember guys that 60mph when towing is the law, weather of course permitting!
