Caravan Club Insurance

We are new members, Back in August we bought a lovely Sterling Europa 495 Whilst trying to manoeuvre the van. I fell and the caravan was damaged.I contacted the Caravan Club Insurance with a claim for its repair. Months later, still no authority to get it
repaired. Why are they being so awkward. We have never claimed for any Insurance repairs ever. And we still have not be able to use our lovely caravan. It is now making me Ill and so depressed.
