Problem placing an advert

I have spent the last two hours attempting to place an advert, after  putting in all the requested information and uploading
the photographs trying to get to the next stage is impossible the page just comes up with what looks like greek writing,then when i return to the previous page all my information plus photos have gone.!!! Any ideas. many thanks
