Nose weight

i'll start by apologising if this is in the wrong place, please feel free to move it if necessary.

i am intending to tow a Lunar Quasar 462 with my Avensis 2.2 diesel estate. The towing ratio is well with in the 85%. However, I am seeking some clarification about nose weight. My car handbook states a maximum noseweight of 75 Kg. Am I right in thinking
that, whatever the rating on the actual towbar, this is the figure to work to?
