As a caravaner for nearly 30 years and a member of the club for nearly as long, one thing on the club sites seems crazy to me. This the marker post for "centreing" the caravan on.

When travelling alone how is one supposed to see the post when backing a caravan onto the pitch?

What is almost more annoying is that the solution is so simple and relatively cheap. Place two such marker posts on each pitch the width of a wide caravan apart and say park between them. This way the lone caravanner will always be able to see at least one post when reversing

Could the club please give some consideration to this as I am sure that I am not the only lone caravanner who has problems with this.
