One often hears complaints about poor dealer attiutdes when dealing with new caravan faults, how can one find out the quality of a particular dealer, I am thinking of buying a new lunar from Norwich Caravans at Alysham, but passed experiance of purchasing
a new van from another dealer was not the experiance you could hope for and nor was the terrible Bailey I purchased. Any ideas?
