Dometic fridge works on gas but not 240v

can anyone help please we have a 2014 motorhome which has a dometic fridge, all has been well until the other day when we put it on to 240v and went to put something in the freezer compartment the next day it was'nt cold. We then put it on to gas and put
some water in the ice tray, left it for a couple of hours and went back to check and we had ice. All the light indicators are lit up, I.e., source and temperature, fused checked and is ok. Help!
