I'm no fashion expert but just what is Gabby Logan wearing?

Who actually chooses the final 10 'nominees'?  I'm glad that some of the minority sports are included but is it the persons "Personality" that eventually wins the vote or what they have achieved?

So who is going to win? I suppose Hamilton or McIlroy will be the favourites but for my money I would love to see Jo Pavey or Kelly Gallagher (& guide Charlotte Evans) win What great examples they all are in their own way.
