For those of you that consider the rules an regulations on club site a little unreasonable, take a look at these that apply at Jubilee Park, Woodhall Spa

Site rules

Use of the site is conditional upon compliance with the site rules and all reasonable instructions or requests from site staff or the Park manager.

Anyone guilty of verbal or physical abuse towards a staff member, or other site user, will be asked to leave. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

Group bookings will only be accepted with the Park Managers permission.

Behaviour on site must be consistent with respecting the comfort and convenience of other site users. To this end noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Proven abusers of this rule will be ordered to leave the park immediately,

Parents are responsible for children keeping to the site rules, and ensuring that they are not a nuisance to other guests.

Dogs must be kept on a lead, not exceeding 2 metres in length, at all times. All pet owners are reminded of their responsibility to clean up after their pets.

All B.B.Q.s must be raised off the floor to avoid damage to the grass. Open fires are not permitted. Grave danger to persons and property may result from the careless disposal of smoking materials and matches. Site users should acquaint themselves with the
position of fire points around the site.

Washing lines are not permitted on safety grounds.

The maximum permitted length of an electric cable is 20 metres.

Windbreaks may only be used following approval from the Site warden.

Ball games are not permitted on site. Please use the grass areas in Jubilee Park.

One vehicle only per pitch. Extra vehicles must be left on the car park.

Vehicles bearing sign writing will only be allowed on site at the wardens’ discretion. Owners may be requested to leave their vehicle on the car park.

Users of awnings are requested to lift groundsheets and side awning flaps at frequent intervals to minimise grass damage.

Alcohol may only be consumed within the pitch area of the outfit.

The site speed limit is 5 m.p.h. and must be observed at all times.

A deposit of 50% or one night’s stay (highest amount) is required with balance due two weeks before arriving. Any pitch that has been booked must be taken up within 1 day of the start of that booking or the booking will be deemed to have been cancelled and
any moneys paid will be forfeited.

Should you be unable to attend your booking, your deposit can be used against another booking/date. This will only happen when 7 or more days notice is given. Please call and talk to the site warden.

Please vacate pitches by 11 am on your departure day.
