Reserving pitches on Club sites
I recently wrote to the club relating to what appeared to be people reserving pitches at the Aberbran site. There follows the reply .....

Thank you for your email regarding your recent visit to the above site.
I can confirm that The Club's policy about reserving pitches has not changed, members choose from the pitches available when they arrive. However The Club, through the Wardens, does have the right to allocate pitches when required due to adverse weather,
size of outfits expected and ground conditions. Having spoken to the Wardens at the time you visited, they have informed me that the pitches were indeed reserved because of the booking information they had been given with regard to the size of the outfits
arriving.

So there you have it, if you want to pitch together at Aberbran just state on your bookings that you have a 10.5m rig. You will all be allowed to pitch together and there will be no mis givings when you show up in a 5.5m rig at 8.45am and be escorted by
a smiling warden to your pitch.
