Sites with B&B

Looking for a CC site that we can take the van to that either has a B&B on site or one in very close proximity.

Also the mother in law has mobility problems so guest accomodation would hav eto be at ground floor level.  Would also be a bonus if they were pet friendly, but that's not a deal breaker as their dog could stay with us on site over night.

Any recommendations greatly appreciated
