Cooking outside

Hello everyone

We've just purchased a new caravan and its got a gas point outside we've never had one before. Anyway when we were away last year we saw some people cooking a pizza in what looked like a BBQ or a grill what was it? Can anyone recommend such a product? ideally
i'd love something that you can use for mulit functions.
