Caravan cooking ideas please!!

Hello everyone, We aren't the best at cooking in the caravan but this summer we are off to Spain. I dont want to be cooking every night but as we are going away for 3 weeks we certainly cant afford to eat out every night. So i'm just wondering what meals
do you make in the caravan? Im looking for any ideas or inspiration please, forgot to mention we are a family of 2 adults and 3 children x
