Honda CRV - HID headlamps and driving abroad

Hi all. I have a CRV 2011 EX fitted with HID headlamps and am planning driving through France to Spain towing our caravan. I am aware that with cars fitted with HID lamps beam benders etc are not to be used becasue of the spattering effect of the light.
However I cant seem to find any information regarding changing the kick up for left to right hand side. Has anyone on this forum come across this before. 

I am all for an easy life and dont want to attract unwanted attention by just leaving the headlamps as they are.
