Unicorn II Mattress Nightmare

We purchased a new Bailey Unicorn II Valencia in April 2013 and were really looking forward to using it on our 1st holiday in Devon during October. Sadly, things didn't quite turn out as planned. Upon setting up the mattress was found to be extremely damp,
and having contacted the dealer we left the site and travelled to Somerset for them to investigate. A damp test was conducted, but it appears that there is a known problem with the mattress. This was replaced and within hours of arriving back at our booked
site, we were unable to use the mattress as its showed the same symptoms as the original, hence we slept on the front divan, totally defeating the object of purchasing a van with a fixed bed. We contacted both the dealer and Bailey, to be told that there was
an issue with the mattress. To date we are still waiting for a new replacement mattress (4 months have passed by). Today, 18th Jan 2014, we checked the van again at the storage site, and horror of horrors, we found that the mattress was now extremely saturated,
condensation abounds from all roof vents, and is dripping onto the floor, mould is visible on the all bedding, panelling and door frame, so god only knows what other areas are affected..... It appears that we are not alone, judging by other posts made on various
caravan forums. As you can imagine, having spent a considerable amount of money, we have been unable to take full advantage of using our new van, and are concerned that other issues may abound. Bailey are aware of this issue, but to my knowledge are doing
nothing about it, not demanding a recall, and are leaving the dealers to resolve the issue. I'd welcome to hear from any other caravanners who've experienced similar problems... Perhaps it's time to raise the subject with national TV, such as "Watchdog", etc,
etc....
