Route over Blubberhouses

Has anyone found a problem towing the caravan over Blubberhouses between Skipton and Harrogate.  Its years since we were over that way, and we weren't towing then, but I seem to remember it being a rather a narrow twisty road with some deep drops to a valley below!  Can anyone recommend the best route to take towing the van.
