Poor quality upholstery in Swift Challenger

We purchased a new Swift Challenger 565 SE caravan last year and after only one season the upholstery on the twin bed headboards and cushions is wearing very badly.  The main problem being severe "bobbling" of the pink/grey floral silky fabric used. (Like on jumpers).  We are in dispute with Swift over this and would like to know if anyone else has noticed this problem.
