Truma Aquastar 3
I recently ordered a pack fof Aquastar 3 from a reputable supplier. The box indicated a date that had already passed. Lifting stickers on the sachets revealed even earlier dates. I contacted the supplier who started an investigation. All of a recent order to them showed the same issue. I was told that further investigation by them revealed that the product has ceased production, but shipping is still happening. I suggest that we must all exercise caution. If Truma are relabelling old product can we be sure that it is still 100% efficient? Would such action be considered to be responsible from such a large company? Have they issued any guidelines as to shelf life? If dates are not significant, why put them on the box and why relabel the sachets?
