Cancellation Policy

Hi,

Something I think club members should be aware of:  I recently found out I had a black mark against my name for a late cancellation at Buxton this Easter.  The wardens phoned me to tell me they had cancelled my booking as the site was under 3 feet of snow
and the site was closed for at least 2 weeks.  Fair enough, nothing to be done about that.  However it now transpires that I have a mark against my name for a no-show marked as 'Wardens Portal'.  So to all club members just remember when the warden tells you
the site is closed and you can't go - it appears it is up to you to cancel within 72 hours.
