Toilet Block Facilities

Firstly, these are usually well appointed and of an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness, well done to all concerned as the facilities are much appreciated however..............

I have rarely seen the privacy cubicles being used and wondered if it would make more sense to have more toilets instead.  This would be particularly useful in the mens' during the busy period first thing in the morning when it is not unusual to have to
queue.

Would the handwashing basins benefit from a single mixer tap instead of separate hot and cold taps?  Most people wash their hands under the running hot tap until they can no longer stand the heat and finish with the cold.  A mixer tap would save a lot of
hot water.
