KIDS Ahhhhhh
Two weeks ago we where on a CL with no leccy, so the hot water was heated with the gas, I filled the water barrel and got in the shower after around 5 or 6 mins the water started to go cold then ice cold, shivering I got out cursing, dried off as you do,
and thought no more of it just put it down to me using to much water and being in to long…..
Later on that day still no hot water, so did the usual thing checked the gas first (Yes the hob lit so still had gas) tried to re-light the water heater but no luck. Spent the rest of that day heating water on the hob in a kettle, oh well looks like I have
a job once we get home I said to the wife, lets get packed up and go……
Packing up I spotted one of my kids had put the cover back over the water heaters gas vent……………
I’ll KILL him….ahhhhhhh
Still saved me a job
