Alarms

Do. es anyone else receive calls from their alarm company saying it has gone off and they promptly suggest it is down to the heat?  I have and am wondering whether or not the alarm is sufficiently robust to tell the difference between a break in and high
temperatures the site owner has physically checked that all is in order. It has a new battery so won't be that.Surely i cannot be down to wildlife  - like birds trampling on the roof?
