12volt wireing

HELP, I was disconecting an old alarm system and I  removed the Power cables from the battery to the wire loom. I now have no 12volts at all.

I can not remember how the power cables  went into  the block, there is only three wires there ,

1 white/brown     1 Red      2 Blue joined together.
