Muzac! (aka music in the uk)

What is your take, on the imposition on you, of other people’s choice of muzac?

Many is the time that I have gone into a lift and winced at the discordant sound that issued forth from loudspeakers in the ceiling. Similarly, I detest shopping in
stores (any time now as we get closer to Xmas) because of the assault by carol singers of the canned variety. I feel it is extremely ‘chavvy’ and had to laugh when I discovered it in a toilet block in Essex, on a commercial site. 

However, worse was to come – I found it this week end on a club site!

Do you like to listen to Elvis’s 39^th best seller or would you prefer classical
music or none at all, so you can concentrate on the job in hand?
