adding joint member to account

how am i able to add a joint member to my account, i cant see any way of doing this?

any help would be appreciated,

Customer Status (session storage)
Customer Status (profile fields)
Memberhip ID (session storage)
Membership ID (profile fields)
Session Storage Seconds Remaining
