New Caravan Purchased - How NEW is it?
We just bought a new Bailey Caravan which we ordered at the NEC show back in October. Our dealer originally said it was to be manufactured in late December and then said it had been delayed in the production schedule until late January. We had no problem
with this and we collected it from the dealer the first week of March 2014.
We are pleased with the van but when we reviewed the documents the Gas Soundness Certificate and the Electictrical Certificates (all specific for our vans VIN) are dated July 2013.
Does anyone know if this can be correct? Our contract with the dealer says we were purchasing a 2014 model, not one that may have been stood outside all winter.
I am about to discuss this with our dealer but wanted to ask if anyone else has had a similar problem?
