Avtex service exceptional
Our Avtex TV stopped working when we were away earlier this month. We phoned Avtex on our return and the following is what happened.
1st phone call Wednesday. TV collected from our home the next day (this was Easter weekend).
2nd phone call (from them) the following Tuesday. (We were out)
We phoned them Wednesday morning agreed to repair.
TV returned to our door 8.15 Friday morning.
Cost £125 this included £25 carriage and repair comes with 12 month warranty.
If the TV couldn't be repaired they would have offered us a discount on a new TV.
We were amazed by this service and would recommend anyone thinking of buying a TV for their touring vehicle to consider getting an Avtex. They are also available from John Lewis and come with a 5 year warranty. We bought ours from 12v TV Ltd. and registered
it with Avtex.
