Whale heating customer support

Having had an error message on my Whale I-Van heating control system, I tried to ring the customer support number twice yesterday and again this morning. There is a message saying they are available 7 days a week, but no-one is free to take your call at
the moment, please leave a message.  Nothing happens.  I also tried emailing them, again with no response.

I am not impressed, and I thought you might all like to join me in being unimpressed - customer service and the caravan industry just don't seem to go together
