Seen the beach anyone

I have read in two different caravan site books that you can see the beach from Barnard Castle caravan club site. One of them being "Britains best caravan parks from Caravan magazine and produced in association with the Caravan club...... Uuummm, We live
about 20 mile closer to the coast (east) and cannot see the beach which is another 22 miles away. The writeup on page 16 says "views overlooking THE SEA, BEACH ONE MILE. Please oh please Caravan club let me know the quick way to the beach and save me pounds
in deisel.
