booking frustration

hi,does anyone else out there find it annoying that when trying to book mid week to mid week dates its near on impossible because the sites are usually full for 1 night only which is a  saturday, but the rest of the week its near on empty, i do not know
the answer to the problem but feel that the club should look into this as there must be a lose of revenue,and i appreciate that we are all members and have different needs, but surly there should be a number of pitches available for longer stays and not for
just one night,  thinking caps on caravan club..JQ
