Truma and Bailey - faults in brand new van

Picked up new Bailey Rimini on Saturday from our most local dealer - chose local to spend money in the vicinity but would have been cheaper if I'd ordered from elsewhere. Feeling quite disconcerted with three issues and wonder as a newbie whether my expectations are too high and/or whether I should have rejected the van? [1] Van was parked outside in the rain and not in the dealer's spacious workshops so I wasn't happy that I couldn't do a proper inspection - when the rain stopped briefly on Sunday it became obvious that the sealant is a right mess - half the door handle has excess silicon all round it, the other half has none, there is very yellow sealant/gasket exposed around the outside access hatches, there is excess sealant around the door surround, one wheel arch, its missing in places etc etc [2] The Truma motor mover failed on its first test at handover - three hour delay whilst an angineer was called to replace the master unit - I was offered a cup of tea whilst waiting... [3] On setting up the van the next day a E69H fault appeared on the Truma CP plus panel and the heating packed up - rang Truma to be told it needs a new PCB and for that it needs to go back to the dealer. No apology, no mobile engineers, not impressed.

So should I grin and bear it - write off a day and a half of my life going to and from the dealer, accept it'll be another two weeks before we can actually use the van, buy some sealant and do the job properly myself, consider mysef unlucky or make more of a fuss and ask the dealer for some form of compensation [free first service?] and ask them to sort the sealant mess?

I often swap cars due to high mileage driving so have expectations based on car dealers - so I start from a low base I thought! Any suggestions gratefully received - this has taken the shine off our new adventure and I'm wondering if I've got a van previously rejected by someone else as it arrived two weeks early.
