URGENT HELP NEEDED WITH A WATER PUMP ISSUE PLEASE

Hi everyone,

Hoping somebody could please help or offer a solution to our current problem.

We've an Eccles Sapphire 1992 model 5 berth caravan that we love dearly however yesterday whilst setting her up the water pump wouldn't respond when we connected it. It was an old Whale 921 pump, we've since replaced it today with a brand new pump, wired
it all together & it still will not work - we now think there may be a fault with the conector termal inside the caravan, we've checked all the fuses & they are all fine.

Hoping someone can help or suggest something ASAP please
