Motorcaravan visibility travelling solo in Europe.

Has anyone fitted a side camera to the LHS of a motorcaravan to assist visibity when driving in Europe.

My motorcaravan Fiat Ducato 2014 has poor visibility through the LHS wing mirrors. There are two mirrors which can be adjusted individually, but neither can get a view of traffic in all situations. Entering a motorway is OK as I can see down the side of the van. Likewise at a juncion where I am at right angles to the road, I can see out of the passenger window. In between it is a problem.

I am considering fitting a side camera, with a monitor, so I can get a wide angle view of the present blind spot.

Can anyone advise me of a solution to this problem.
