We have just had a few wonderful days at Blackmoore in the Malverns spoiled by a few operational problems on site.We arrived promptly at 12 noon found a pitch there were quite a few people on site but the pitches are spacious and there were plenty available
and we set up on the lower part of the site. Then the warden came around cutting the grass (which was already very short) and spent the next three hours cruising around has anyone noticed how loud these machines are,I do realise that the grass has to be cut
but three hours  seems alittle excessive. Then there is the subject of recycling this has to be done and all the sites we have been on up to now have had seperate bins for recyclable materials but here all the bins have been moved to large bins outside the
toilet blocks this can be an awful long walk for some people who have trouble walking. And lastly the subject of hot water ,in the gents the water was very hot but my wife tells me that in the ladies it was only lukewarm when i mentioned this to the site office
i was told that the ladies hot water was mixed with cold so that it was not to hot for mothers with babies !!! I  felt that I was being spun a bit of a yarn has anyone else had any of these problems .Oh and one last thing but this applies to other sites as
well one or more toilet and wash cubicles closed off.But we still managed to have a good time and this is still one of our favourite sites.
