Vote for ‘The Best Warden’

Whilst the Club try’s to maintain consistency with site Wardens in the training and expectations, my experience of Wardens varies from them being extremely helpful and friendly to downright rude and dictatorial. To help promote good Wardens, I suggest that
the club introduce an annual vote for ‘Best Site Warden’. Cash prizes could be awarded for those achieving the maximum voters of say £ 1,000 for first, £ 750 for second and £ 500 for third. This would be a great incentive for Wardens to go the extra mile and
supply feedback from members wishing to award good service. One to consider and defiantly a ‘win-win’ situation.

I wonder what other members make of this suggestion?
