Mrs NOT Mr

I joined the CC after buying a motorhome, I also signed my husband up to be with me (he has to drive it because it's too big for me).

Why is it that when I get e-mails of offers from the CC they are addressed to Mr?

Is there a way I could get them changed to Mrs as I cannot se a way within the website to do this.
