Happy and sad...

I hope no one minds me sharing good news..

I have just spent the morning with Cancr surgeons and after having camera's inserted into places thew human head a throat was not designed for I was given the good news, "all clear Jen, see you in three months time".

On the train home from London to Sussex and quite sad.  Sad for a friend who has not had good news, sad that for so many it is too late.

When I put on my pink running shirt in my next "Race for life" event in three weeks time it will, as always, be that little bit more poignant.

Sometimes small things can take on great importance. 

Never take life for granted. I at least can smile today, and it is a big smile.
