Sat Nav for towing?

Does anyone use a towing specific Sat Nav system?

I never bothered with my old caravan as it was small enough to go wherever the car goes.

As the new one is near on twice as big i'm thinking about getting one?

There seems to be loads on eBay advertised for trucks which I presume would do the job?

Any recommendations?
